Cancellation Policy
Our family at FACE + BODY Medical Aesthetics truly appreciates your business, and we are committed to providing a first class experience, along with the superior level of care and service our clients have grown to expect. That experience begins with our commitment to making the booking process simple, while assuring timely and convenient availability. We understand our customers have hectic and busy lives, and sometimes last minute cancellations are inevitable. However, in order to continue our high level of service, cancellations need to be the exception and not the rule. That way the FACE + BODY Team can provide our care to as many of our loved patrons as possible. At time of booking, your credit card information will be stored securely on file to guarantee your appointment. Your credit card will not be charged unless your appointment is NOT canceled/rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment. In the event no notification is given within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, FACE + BODY will charge a $50 cancellation fee to the held credit card. This will help us maintain our availability, as well as our current pricing structure. We thank you for your understanding and for your continued patronage to FACE + BODY Medical Aesthetics.
